We operate Clipsbee, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Clipsbee, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference.
ClipsBee is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create animated videos with AI-generated characters, voices, and scripts. The Services are available for both personal and commercial use.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
Access to the Services is credit-based. Credits are consumed when generating videos. New accounts receive 10,000 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time payments in the following tiers:
Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period and will not be refunded. Free credits received upon registration are also subject to the 6-month expiry from the date of account creation.
All credit purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
ClipsBee includes an AI-powered character pose generation feature that uses third-party image generation models to create character images based on your description. While we strive to provide high-quality results, AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate, consistent, or free of errors. Results may vary and can include, without limitation: incorrect poses, inconsistent character appearance across images, imperfect background removal, unexpected visual artefacts, or outputs that do not fully match your description.
Tokens are consumed upon initiating a generation request and are non-refundable regardless of the quality or suitability of the output. By using the AI pose generation feature, you acknowledge and accept that AI-generated images may require manual correction using the built-in editing tools before they are suitable for use.
Generated videos, projects, characters, and all associated content are stored for 6 months from the date of creation. After this period, content may be permanently deleted without notice. We recommend downloading your videos promptly after generation. We are not liable for any loss of content resulting from this retention policy.
Prices are subject to change. The current pricing is always available at clipsbee.com/pricing. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.
ClipsBee is currently provided as a Beta version. This means the platform is still under active development and may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, or experience unplanned downtime. By using the Services during the Beta period, you acknowledge and accept the following:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly. If you experience a problem, please contact us at support@clipsbee.com. We value your feedback as it helps us improve the platform.
The Beta label will be removed when we consider the platform sufficiently stable. We will notify users via email or in-app notification when this occurs.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties around the world.
Videos, characters, scripts, and other content generated through the Services ("Output") are owned by you. You are granted a full commercial license to use, publish, distribute, and monetize Output for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects, advertising, and social media, without attribution to ClipsBee.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Output complies with applicable laws, including copyright, defamation, and intellectual property regulations. We make no warranties regarding the commercial viability or uniqueness of Output.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are at least 16 years of age — if you are under 16, you are not permitted to use the Services; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may not misuse or abuse the Services. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
When using the Services, you may provide input such as scripts, character descriptions, and other materials ("Input") to generate videos and other Output. Your Input and Output are private to your account and are not shared publicly with other users.
You retain full ownership of all Input you provide. By submitting Input, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as required to operate the Services (e.g., sending scripts to our AI providers for processing).
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Input or Output; (4) remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.
Upon account deletion or termination — whether initiated by you or by us due to a violation of these Legal Terms — all remaining credits associated with your account will be permanently forfeited and are non-refundable. We recommend using your credits before deleting your account.
If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation of these Legal Terms, any unused, non-expired credits will be refunded to you within 14 days.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion. Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your paid features or rights. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services beyond what is required by law.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that AI-generated content — including but not limited to character poses, scripts, voices, and videos — will meet your expectations, be accurate, consistent, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The quality and accuracy of AI-generated output depends on third-party models and may vary. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. As a business operating within the European Union, we also comply with applicable EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
All purchases of credits on ClipsBee are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed upon use and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
You have the right to delete your account and request the removal of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at support@clipsbee.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
We will process your request and permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 7 days of receiving your request. Please note that upon account deletion, all remaining credits are permanently forfeited and non-refundable (see Section 7).
Some data may be retained beyond this period where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax and accounting purposes), after which it will be securely deleted.
